MODS循环功能障碍液体复苏治疗进展

Advances of fluids challenge are in the MODS-induced Tissue Hypoperfusion

多器官功能障碍综合征(multiple organ dysfunction syndrome,MODS)患者出现循环功能障碍时,液体复苏治疗是减少该类患者病死率和控制病情进展的重要措施。但液体复苏时液体种类、补液量和液体复苏时机的选择等,目前国内外学者尚无统一共识。本文就MODS循环功能障碍液体复苏治疗的研究进展进行综述。

When patients with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (mods) complicated with tissue hypoperfusion, fluids challenge shows great significance for reducing the mortality and controlling the progression. But it is controversial about the types, quantities and the chance of fluids resuscitation. This article reviews the advances in the fluids resuscitation of patients with mods-induced tissue hypoperfusion.
