心脏再同步化治疗进展
摘要
充血性心力衰竭(CHF)是具有较高死亡率的一种严重的心血管疾病。是大多数心血管疾病的最终归宿。CHF是心内科治疗上的难题,也是热点问题。尽管当前对于心力衰竭(心衰)的药物治疗已经取得了长足进步,但是严重心衰患者的症状及死亡率的改善情况仍然欠佳,已接受最优化药物治疗的严重心衰患者在治疗上的选择非常有限,这使得临床医生和研究者们必须积极探索更多的新疗法。
