摘要荧光原位杂交(fluorescence in situ hybridiza- tion,FISH)技术,是一种应用非放射性荧光物质标记的核酸探针根据杂交原理检测细胞或组织内特定DNA或RNA的方法。该技术自上世纪70年代后期问世以来,已经在很多领域得到了广泛的应用。近几年,FISH有了日新月异的发展,研究者们对FISH技术的改进主要集中在四个方面:
