腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术对患者应激反应的影响

The effectiveness of stress response on laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy for patients

目的:探讨腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术对患者应激反应的影响。方法:90例卵巢囊肿患者随机分为两组,对照组45例,观察组45例,对照组采用传统开腹手术,观察组采用腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术。观察2组手术时间、术中出血量、术后肠道功能恢复时间、术后住院时间。测定术前、术后患者血清的皮质醇(Cor)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)。结果:观察组在术中出血量、术后肠道功能恢复时间、术后住院时间均少于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术后血清Cor和hs-CRP均有明显升高,但是观察组比对照组术后更低,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术对患者应激反应影响较小。

Obj ective:To study the effectiveness of stress response on laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy for patients.Methods: <br> 90 patients with ovarian cysts were randomly divided into two groups,the control group(n=45 cases)and the observation group(n=45 cases).The patients in the control group were operated through traditional open surgery,while the patients in the observation group were operated through laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy.Operative time,blood loss,postoperative intestinal function recovery time,postoperative hospital stay were observed in two groups.Serum cortisol (Cor)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP)were measured before and after operation.Results:In the observation group,blood loss,postop-erative intestinal function recovery time,postoperative hospital stay were less than the control group (P <0.05).Postoperative serum Cor and hs-CRP were significantly higher,but the observation group were lower than the control group,there were significant differences between the two groups (P <0.05).Conclusions:Laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy had little effect on the stress response in patients.
