盐酸奥洛他啶联合那素达诊疗春季卡他性结膜炎的疗效观察 被引量：1

摘要 春季卡他性结膜炎是一种呈季节性周期性发作的变态反应性结膜炎,其多发于儿童及青年,是一种双侧慢性过敏性眼表疾病,表现为双眼奇痒、眼红、流泪畏光和患眼粘性分泌物增多,该病虽然具有自限性,但其发作期间病人自觉症状较重,往往难以忍受而就诊,此病诊断清楚,但治疗颇为棘手,常用抗组胺药和肥大细胞稳定剂滴眼液对病情的控制效果差,而长期使用糖皮质激素激素引起多种并发症,本研究使用盐酸奥洛他啶联合那素达滴眼液治疗春季卡他性结膜炎,取得了较好的疗效,现报告如下:
