急诊意外伤害患者的心理危机干预效果评估

Effect of psychological crisis intervention on emergent treatment of accident patients

目的评估急诊意外伤害患者进行心理危机干预的效果。方法将急诊意外伤害66例随机分成两组,对照组给予一般心理护理,实验组在留观期间应用心理危机干预技术进行系统的心理危机干预,采用SCL-90测评两组患者干预前后的心理状态。结果实验组转出留观室时,其心理状态显著优于对照组,对急诊意外伤害患者进行心理危机干预能够有效缓解其焦虑、惊恐情绪。结论心理危机干预对急诊意外伤害患者的心理健康有显著作用,是有利于意外伤害患者的心理护理技术。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological crisis intervention technology at emergency treatment of accident patients.Methods 66 accident patients were randomly divided into two groups.Patients of control group received general psychological nursing and patients of experimental group received psychological crisis intervention.The effects were evaluated in both groups.Results Patients in the experimental group could better release their anxiety and terror.The difference between two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological crisis intervention plays an important role in the psychological health and the psychological nursing skill is effective for accidental injury patients.
