摘要
目的了解高中学生眼屈光不正的现状。方法对某学校高中部219名学生进行眼屈光状况调查,检查项目包括视力测量、电脑验光、矫正视力、裂隙灯、眼底镜等。结果完成全部体检项目共182名,占83.5%;各种屈光不正的总患病率为79.39%,其中近视患病率为67.59%,复性近视散光患病率为10.16%,单纯近视散光患病率为0.82%,复性远视散光患病率为0.55%,远视患病率为0.27%;近视程度与性别的关系经χ2检验具有显著性差异(χ2=18.688,P=0.000);近视程度与年级的相关系数R=0.200,回归方程:近视屈光度=-1.257-0.484×年级(年级取值:高一=1;高二=2;高三=3)。相关系数与回归方程的P=0.000。结论在各种屈光不正中近视的患病率最高,并且近视性屈光不正的患病率女生高于男生,高年级学生患病率高于低年级学生。
Objective To study the ocular refraction status of high school students. Methods The ocular refraction status was investigated in 219 high school students(75 males and 107 females) in a high school.The investigation items included visual activity,computer optometry,corrected vision,slit lamp examination,funduscope examination etc. Results There were 182 students who finished all the items of investigation,accounting for 83.5%.The myopia incidence was 67.59%;compound myopic astigmatism 10.16%;simple myopic astigmatism 0.82%;compound hypermetropic astigmatism 0.55%;hyperopia 0.27%,and various refraction error 79.39%.The chi-square value of the relationship between myopia level and grade was 18.688 by chi-square analysis(P=0.000).The correlation coefficient R between myopia level and gender was 0.200,The regression equation was myopia diopter =-1.257-0.484 × grade(grade value: grade one = 1;grade two = 2;grade three = 3).The P value of the correlation coefficient R and the regression equation were all 0.000 and less than 0.001. Conclusion The incidence of myopia is the highest among all kinds of refraction error.Moreover,the myopia inception rate in girls is higher than that in boys and that in super-grade students is higher than that in lower-grade.
