开腹胆囊切除术中胆总管探查策略

Exploration of common bile duct after open cholecystectomy

目的探讨开腹胆囊切除术中胆总管探查策略。方法对我院2000年1月～2009年10月行开腹胆囊切除术后胆总管探查治疗胆总管结石89例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 89例均痊愈,胆总管探查发现胆总管结石82例,占92.1%,无严重并发症发生。结论根据术前的各种检查及术中情况正确决策,可显著降低胆道切开探查的阴性率。

Objective To explore the correctness of bile duct exploration after cholecystectomy. Methods Clinical data of 89 patients with open cholecystectomy were retrospectively analyzed from January 2000 to October 2009 in our hospital,in which common bile duct exploration were performed for choledocholithiasis. Results All of 89 cases were cured,the correct rate of exploration was 92.5%,and no severe complications occurred. Conclusions The correct decisions based on preoperative examination and surgical procedures can significantly reduce the negative rate of bile duct exploration.
