Dietary survey and analysis for individuals who exposed to electromagnetic environment

摘要 目的了解某部电磁辐射接触人员的膳食营养状况。方法采用称量法进行连续5d的膳食调查;观察法进行热能消耗量调查。结果该部队食堂5d食物消耗的种类为145种,膳食组成多样,但结构不合理,油脂和动物性食品比重偏大;盐每日人均摄入量较多,为12.36g;维生素B6、B12摄入量较低。结论该部队应当调整膳食结构,减少盐和油脂的摄入量,增加摄入维生素B6、B12。 Objective To understand the diet and nutrition condition of the persons who exposed to the electromagnetic environment. Methods Foods weighing in continuous 5 days was used to conduct the nutrtional survey. Results There were 145 kinds of foods received in 5 days,and various foods were supplied,but the dietary pattern was in imbalanced conditon,such as over intake of oil,high percentage of meat and energy provided by fat,intake of salt 12.36g per day,higher than normal,deficiency of vitamin B6 and vitamin B12. Conclusion The diet patterns should be modified with decrease of the intake of fat and salt and increase of vitamin B6 and B12.
