摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱测定七味葡萄散中桂皮醛含量的方法。方法采用Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse SB-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)分析色谱柱;流动相为5%乙腈(含3%冰醋酸)-乙腈(27∶73);流速为1.0 ml/min;检测波长为285 nm。结果桂皮醛保留时间为10.4 min,与相邻峰的分离度大于1.5。以峰面积对进样浓度(μg/ml)进行线性回归分析,回归方程:Y=0.01049X-2.194,r=0.9998,线性范围19.40~242.5μg/ml,回收率为97.9%,RSD为1.3%。结论本方法操作简便,测定结果准确可靠,可用于七味葡萄散中桂皮醛的含量测定。
Objective To establish a HPLC quantitative method for the determination of cinnamaldehyde content in Qiwei Putao power. Methods The chromatographic conditions included a column C18(Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse SB-C18,4.6×150 mm,5μm)and 5% acetonitrile(including 3% glacialacetic acid;27:73) as a mobile phase.The flow rate was 1 mL/min and it was monitored at 285nm.Results The retention time of cinnamaldehyde was about 10.4 min.The resolution was more than 1.5.The regress equation for cinnamaldehyde was Y=Y=0.01049X-2.914,r=0.9998,and the linear range was 19.40~242.5μg/mL.The average recovery of cinnamaldehyde was 97.9%,RSD 1.3%.Conclusion This method is simple,time-saving and accurate,and it can be used for routine analysis of cinnamaldehyde in Qiwei Putao powder.
