安氏Ⅲ类错畸形的矫治策略

Treatment strategy for patients with class Ⅲ malocclusion

目的探讨不同方法对安氏Ⅲ类错畸形的矫治策略。方法选择安氏Ⅲ类错畸形21例,其中替牙列3例,恒牙列18例。使用固定矫治器,分别采用"2×4"技术、上颌前方牵引技术、MEAW技术及正畸与正颌外科联合治疗技术等进行矫治,疗程5~32个月。结果矫治后21例均达到Ⅰ类磨牙关系,面形有很大改善。结论对于安氏Ⅲ类错畸形的患者,应根据其病因、发病机制,制订正确可行的矫治方案并选择相应的矫治方法,才能取得满意疗效。

Objective To evaluate the treatment effect of different methods on class Ⅲ malocclusion. Methods 21 class Ⅲ patients aged from 8 to 27 were chosen,including 3 cases of alternative dentition and 18 permanent dentition,10 males and 11 females.Treatment methods included '2×4' technique,protraction facemask,MEAW and orthognathic surgery were used according to the mechanics of different cases.Treatment time varied from 5 to 32 months. Results All of the 21 patients obtained classⅠmolar relationship and their profile improved. Conclusion To make a good individual treatment plan according to the mechanic of class Ⅲ malocclusion is very important.
