三维整形切口设计及其在舌系带延长术中的应用

Clinical application of three-dimensional plastic incision in frenuloplasty for ankyloglossia

目的介绍一种三维整形切口设计及其在舌系带延长术中的临床应用效果。方法在舌系带的上方和两侧呈"∧"形切开舌系带,松解张力后,利用切开的舌系带组织修复舌下区的组织缺损区,切口呈"λ"形缝合。结果采用此术式,切口长度可达4 cm以上,可以充分的松解舌系带的张力。此方法应用于115例舌系带过短的患者,手术效果满意。结论采用此种三维整形切口,不易损伤舌系带两侧血管;可充分松解舌系带,有效的矫正舌尖凹陷的形态;还可利用切开的舌系带黏膜组织修复舌下区的组织缺损。本术式简捷,出血量少,矫正效果显著。

Objective To introduce a three-dimensional plastic incision method used in ankyloglossia,and to report its clinical effects.Methods Lingual frenum was excided on the top and laterals with a'∧'model to release its tension of ankyloglossia,and then the defect area in sublingual tissue was repaired with the excided tissues of lingual frenum and sutured as a'Y'model.Results To adopt this method,the length of incision could be more than 4 cm,so as to sufficiently release the strain of ankyloglossia.A total of 115 cases of ankyloglossia were treated with this method as a satisfactory result.Conclusions The design of three-dimensional plastic incision in frenuloplasty can avoid from the blood vessel injury of lateral lingual frenum,sufficiently relax the lingual frenum tissue and also repair the defect tissues by the mucous membrane of lingual frenum.Therefore,it is easy,less hemorrhage and has significant efficacy for the correction of ankyloglossia.
