电刀电切整形术治疗陈旧性宫颈裂伤伴慢性宫颈炎385例临床分析

Electric knife excision and plastic surgery in treatment of chronic cervicitis and old cervical laceration with:A clinical analysis of 385 cases

目的探讨电刀电切整形术治疗陈旧性宫颈裂伤伴慢性宫颈炎的效果。方法采用美国ASPEN公司生产的Conmed高频电刀对陈旧性宫颈裂伤伴慢性宫颈炎385例行电刀电切治疗,于月经干净3~5 d手术,一次性给药,术后随访2个月~10年。结果手术时间平均5 min,术中出血平均3 ml。术后2个月复查,一次治愈375例,有效10例,治愈率97.4%,有效率100%。术后出血32例,占8.3%。远、近期随访,无1例复发。结论电刀电切整形术治疗陈旧性宫颈裂伤伴慢性宫颈炎,治愈率高、并发症少、复发率低,且操作简单、方便、费用低。

Objective To investigate the effect of electric knife in cutting and plastic surgery for chronic cervicitis and old cervical laceration.Methods 385 cases with chronic cervicitis and old cervical laceration were treated by conmed electric knife(Aspen,USA).The cases were followed up after the operation from 2 months to 10 years. Results The average operation time was 5 minutes.The average bleeding was 3 ml. The results of the follow-up showed that 375 cases with chronic cervicitis and old cervical laceration were fully cured in one time,while other 10 cases were effectively treated.Cure rate was 97.4%,and effective rate was 100%.None of the cases was recrudesced so far.32 cases(8.2%) had bleeding after the operations.Conclusions It is a good procedure to treat chronic cervicitis and old cervical laceration by the electric knife excision and plastic surgery.This method is of high cure rate,meanwhile only a few symptoms occur with less complications and recurrence.In addition,this operation is more simple,convenient,timesaving and low-cost.
