脑脊液置换并鞘内注射治疗创伤性蛛网膜下腔出血

CSF replacement and intrathecal injection in treatment of traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage

目的探讨脑脊液置换并鞘内注射给药在创伤性蛛网膜下腔出血治疗中的价值。方法回顾性总结分析2002年7月~2005年9月间我院采用脑脊液置换并鞘内注射给药治疗创伤性蛛网膜下腔出血55例的临床效果。结果治愈51例,好转2例,死亡1例,植物生存1例。康复者术后随访3个月~3年,均无顽固性头痛、头晕、癫及脑积水等后遗症发生。结论脑脊液置换并鞘内注射给药治疗创伤性蛛网膜下腔出血,能迅速减少颅内积血、减轻症状,疗效显著。

Objective To summarize the effectiveness of treatment of traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage with CSF replacement and intrathecal injection.Methods The clinical data of 55 patients with traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage treated from July 2002 to Sept.2005 were analyzed retrospectively. Results 3~72 months of follow-up were taken in 53 patients,and no refractory headache,dizziness,epilepsy,hydrocrania and other sequelas were reported.Conclusions Treatment of traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage with CSF replacement and dexamethasone and cytidine intrathecal injection can achieve satisfactory results and has great clinical significances.
