异丙酚预处理对Gq蛋白在ARDS时肝脏表达的影响

摘要 目的观察异丙酚预处理后Gq蛋白在ARDS时肝脏中的动态变化,以探讨其对肝脏的保护作用。方法油酸法复制大鼠ARDS模型,实验组经异丙酚预处理,免疫印迹法检测肝脏Gq蛋白的含量。结果异丙酚预处理后肝脏Gq蛋白的表达显著下降。结论异丙酚预处理能降低Gq蛋白在ARDS时肝脏的表达,对肝脏有一定的保护作用。 Objective To observe the alteration of Gq protein expression in the liver of rats with acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS) after propofol pre-treatment and to explore its protective effect on the liver.Methods An ARDS rat model was established by intravenous oleic acid and pre-treated with propofol in the experimental group.The content of Gq protein was measured in the liver tissue by Western blot.Results The expression of Gq protein in the liver was obviously decreased after propofol pre-treatment.Conclusions Pre-treatment with propofol can decrease the expression of Gq protein in the liver and relieve the injury of the liver during ARDS.
