顺行带锁髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨折

Treament of humeral shaft fracture with antegrade intrameduallary interlocking nail

目的 了解带锁髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨折的效果。 方法 采用顺行肱骨带锁髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨折30例,其中新鲜骨折28例,骨不连2例;骨折伴有桡神经损伤6例。 结果 术后随访6~18个月,骨折愈合良好。 结论 顺行肱骨带锁髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨折具有固定牢靠,愈合快,并发症少等优点。

Objective To summarize the effectiveness of antegrade intrameduallary interlocking nail for humeral shaft fractures Methods 30 cases were treated with antegrade intrameduallary interlocking nail in which 28 cases of fractures were fresh, 6 patients had radial nerve palsy, 2 patients showed non union Results The patients were followed up for 6 to 18 months All patients acquired bone healing Conclusions The treatment of humeral shaft fracture by using antegrade intrameduallary interlocking nail is reliable in fixation with fewer complications and faster healing
