抗击SARS岗前培训的作用与意义

Role and significance of pre-training in fighting against SARS

针对SARS疫情和趋势的分析 ,我院在北京地区呈现输入病例 ,即将流行的关键时刻 ,果断决定迅速开设“发热门诊”和“传染病区” ,与此同时 ,为使抽调进入抗击SARS一线的技术骨干及相关人员 ,尽快适应技术需要 ,实施了岗前培训。通过对上述工作的思考 ,从加强领导 ,把岗前培训放到重要位置 ;务求实效 ,把岗前培训落脚到实用上 ;训考结合 ,逐步规范岗前培训的模式等 3个方面 ,论述了培训的作用和意义。介绍了岗前培训为我院完成SARS预防、医疗、护理任务 ,实现无SARS及疑似病例死亡、工作人员无感染、普通住院病人无感染给予的重要技术支持 ;对我院今后制定完整的应急方案提供了有益的参考经验。

In the critical time of the epidemic when there was an emerging of SARS cases in Beijing, this hospital had made a decision to set up a “fever clinic” and “the division of infectious disease” immediately. Meanwhile, we organized a training course on the disease for the medical staffs and the related individuals who were going to contact SARS patients, according to the technical requirements for this new infectious disease. This article was to address the role and significance of this training as follows: ① reinforcement of the leadership and paying more attention to this training; ② aiming to its practical usage during the training, and ③ combination of training with examination and standardization of the training model. We introduced the important technical assistance of this training to the accomplishments that there was no death case of SARS, and no infection in the hospital, including staffs and in-patients, during the epidemic. This work provided a successful experience to our further training for other diseases.
