我院周边地区人群ABO血型分布调查

Distribution of ABO blood groups among inhabitants lived around 517 Hospital

目的了解我院周边地区人群ABO血型及其基因频率的分布情况,为当地献血、采血提供参考。方法统计2003年10月~2012年9月在我院进行血型检查和健康体检共3215例的血型资料,计算其ABO基因频率和检测Hardy-Weinberg平衡,并与山西省人群ABO血型分布的相关资料进行对比分析。结果我院周边地区人群的ABO血型分布符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡(χ2=0.1434,P】0.05),分布特征为B】O】A】AB,A、B、O的基因频率p、q、r分别为0.1887、0.2469、0.5644。我院周边地区人群ABO血型男女之间分布比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.55,P】0.05)。结论我院周边地区人群ABO血型的分布符合北方人群的分布特征,但与山西省其他地区人群的ABO血型分布特征不完全相同,差异有统计学意义。

Objective To investigate the distribution of ABO blood groups among inhabitants lived around this hospital. Methods The ABO blood groups of 3215persons were identified in our hospital between October 2003to September 2012.The results were collected and analyzed. Results The distribution of ABO blood groups were consistent with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium(χ2= 0.1434,P>0.05).The features of distribution of ABO blood groups were B>O>A>AB,and the gene frequency of A,B,and O that p,q,and r were 0.1887,0.2469and 0.5644respectively.The distribution of the ABO blood groups between males and females had no significant difference(χ2= 0.55,P>0.05). Conclusion The features of distribution of ABO blood groups among inhabitants lived around our hospital are similar with that of populations in northern China,but compared with inhabitants in some other districts of Shanxi province has statistical significance.
