摘要
目的:研究老年糖尿病患者的主要死亡原因。方法:选择1997年～2001年期间我院住院死亡的老年糖尿病共275例,以老年非糖尿病患者作对照组,比较其高血压、高血脂等其他伴随疾病及病程与死因的关系。结果:275例老年糖尿病死亡者中,死于心脑肾血管病变者60.7%,死于感染者18.5%.死于恶性肿瘤者17.8%。死于心脑肾血管病变的患者又多数伴高血压或高脂血症,与非糖尿病组比较有显著差异(P<0.001或P<0.05)。结论:心脑肾血管病变是老年糖尿病患者的主要死亡原因。
Objective: To investigate the main dead causes in elderly diabetes. Methods: Choosing 275 elderly diabetes who dead in our hospital during 1997 to 2001 as one group, The elderly non-diabetes as control group. Hypertension and Hyperlipidemia and other accompanying diseases as well as the duration have been compared between elderly diabetes and elderly non-diabetes. Result: Among these dead cases, 60.7% died from pathological changes in blood vessels of heart, brain and kidney; 18.5% died from infection; 17.8% died from ma-lignance. The patients who died from pathological changes in blood vessels usually accompany by hypertension or hyperlipidemia. The differences are obviously between two groups(P<0.001, P<0.05). Conclusion: The pathological changes in blood vessels of heart, brain and kidney are the main dead causes in elderly diabetes.
