摘要
本文论述了药物经济学在国内外的研究概况,重点对最小成本分析、成本效益分析、成本效果分析、成本效用分析等主要分析方法的特征、当前应用情况进行了分析和比较,并针对药物经济学目前在研究方法和手段上存在的问题和亟待进一步完善之处提出了该学科未来的发展方向。
This article reviewed the domestic and foreign research advances of pharmacoeconomics, especiallyanalyzed and compared the characteristics and applications of its main analytical methods, such as cost-minimizationanalysis, cost-benefit analysis, cost-effectiveness analysis and cost-utility analysis. Finally, we raised the future trendsof pharmacoeconomics.[
