左旋千金藤啶碱对沙土鼠脑缺血纹状体及海马CaMKⅡ活性的影响

Effect of l-Stepholidine on CaM KⅡActivity in Brain Ischemic Injured Mongolian Gerbils Striatum and Hippocampus

摘要 目的 研究左旋千金藤啶碱(SPD)对缺血/再灌注纹状体、海马神经元CaM KⅡ活性的影响。方法采用沙土鼠双侧颈总动脉阻断造成的前脑缺血模型,用放射性32P掺入法测定CaM KⅡ活性。结果 纹状体、海马神经元缺血/再灌注后CaM KⅡ活性明显下降,在缺血前、后腹腔注射SPD可分别使其CaM KⅡ活性明显升高。结论 SPD对缺血/再灌注纹状体、海马神经元CaM KⅡ活性有一定的保护作用。 Objective To study the effect of stepholidine (SPD) on Ca2+/CaM dependent protein kinase Ⅱ(CaM KⅡ) activity. Methods Using the Mongolian gerbil model of transient forebrain ischemia by bilateral carotid arteriesocclusion, the activity of CaM KⅡwas measured by 32P incorporation. Results After ischemia and reperfusion, theCaM KⅡactivity of gerbils striatum and hippocampus decreased significantly. Following inject SPD, the enzymeactivities were significally increased. Conclusion SPD has protective effect on the activities of CaM KⅡin gerbilsstriatum and hippocampus.[
