车前叶中总黄酮的微波提取及含量测定

Microwave Technique Extraction and Content Determination of Chromoco in Leaves of Plantago Major L.

目的 从车前叶中提取总黄酮,并测定其含量。方法 运用微波技术提取车前叶总黄酮,用比色法测定总黄酮含量。结果 测得车前叶中总黄酮含量3.83%,平均回收率为98.6%,RSD=1.72%(n=6)。结论 首次运用微波技术从车前叶中提取出总黄酮,反应速度加快,实验结果令人满意。

Objective The extraction and content determination chromoco in leaves of Plantago major L. MethodsChromoco of Plantago major L. were obtained by the mean of microwave technique, the chromoco content is deter-mined with colorimetry. Results The chromoco content in leaves of Plantago major L. is 3.83%, recovery rate onaverage is 98.6%. Conclusion This is first time applied microwave technique to obtained the chromoco content inleaves of Plantago major L, its reaction is more accelrated, and its results are very satisfied[
