盾叶薯蓣组织培养和植株再生

Tissue Culture and Plant Regeneration of Dioscorea zingiberensis Wright

摘要 Stem segments of Dioscorea zingiberensis (Huang jiang) were used as explants which were cultured on B5 or MS medium supplemented with different plant hormones. The result indicated that combination of BA2+ NAA0.2 gave optimum effectiveness for the induction of callus(over50%), the induction rate of adventitious bud is 30~50%. Suitable rooting medium is MS + IBA 0.1 0.5 or 1/2 MS without hormone. The plantlets grew successfully when transplanted into soil mixed with perlite and vermiculite after training treatment.
