摘要
母乳不仅可以为新生动物提供营养,而且母乳中含有大量的免疫球蛋白(immunoglobulins,Igs)。新生动物在其自身免疫系统尚未发育成熟之前可以依靠从母乳中获得的抗体抵抗病毒和细菌等病原微生物的感染。除了母乳中天然含有的抗体外,我们还可以通过使用特定的抗原免疫哺乳动物,使母乳中含有抗这些特定抗原的抗体,这种通过人为免疫得到的含特定抗体的乳称之为免疫乳(immunemilk)。免疫乳不仅可以改善胃肠道菌群状况增进健康,而且近来大量临床研究对免疫乳在疾病的预防和治疗中的作用作了肯定,在许多国家,免疫乳已经作为商品大量生产。本文就免疫乳生产和其在疾病的预防与治疗方面最新的研究进展做了简要综述。
The milk not only can offer nutrition to the new-born infants but also include a lot of immunoglobulinswhich can provide the major antimicrobial protection against microbial infection and confer a passive immunity to thenew-born infants until their own immune system matures. Furthermore, we can hyperimmunize the mammal withspecific antigens to raised the specific antibodies in milk. This milk named as immune milk which can be used to giveeffective specific production against different enteric disease and balance the gastrointestinal microbial flora. A num-ber of clinical studies are currently in progress to evaluate the efficacy of immune milk in prevention and treatment ofvarious human infections. Some immune milk products have been launched on the market in many countries. Thispaper give a review on the research and development of immune milks production and its efficacy in prevention andtreatment of various infections.
