新清宁胶囊治疗寻常型痤疮103例临床疗效观察

A clinical study of 103 cases to evaluate the efficacy of Xin Qing Ningcapsules in patients with acne vulgaris

目的观察新清宁胶囊治疗寻常型痤疮的疗效。方法将209例患者随机分为治疗组(新清宁胶囊)和对照组(四环素片),并对服药30d后的疗效进行比较分析。结果治疗组治愈率为89.4%,与对照组相比较有显著差异,(X2=47.75,P<0.01)。结论新清宁胶囊是治疗寻常型痤疮的有效方法。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Xin Qing Ning capsules in the treatment of acne vulgaris.MethodsA total of 209 patients were divided randomly into study group treated with Xin Qing Ning capsules and controlstreated with acheomycin. The efficacy was compared between the two groups after having been treated for 30d.Results Compared with the controls,the cure rates of the study group were 89.4%. There was an obvious diffrence(X2=47.75,P<0.01). Conclusion The results indicated that Xin Qing Ning capsules was effctive in curing acne vulgaris.
