产前胎儿监护手段——生物物理评分的解读 被引量:5

摘要 生物物理评分(biophysical profile score,BPS)作为一项非侵入性的产前检查,一直被广泛应用于临床,可视作产前胎儿监护的重要手段。生物物理评分的检查包括多项胎儿监护项目,这些项目组成了对胎儿宫内状况的综合评估。过度应用及错误解读生物物理评分的结局,可能会导致一些医源性早产或围产期并发症,而正确应用与解读生物物理评分的结果,在一定程度上可改善围产儿的结局。
