产前超声诊断胎儿眼部畸形的价值

Diagnostic value of prenatal ultrasonography in the fetal eye abnormalities

目的探讨产前超声诊断胎儿眼部畸形的价值。方法利用超声仪对1300例孕14~40周高龄产妇或产前实验室检查风疹病毒感染者的胎儿眼部结构进行超声成像。结果1 300例胎儿中发现先天性白内障2例,胎儿小眼畸形1例(合并单心室,永存动脉干,盆腔异位肾),眼距过窄12例(合并全前脑),无眼畸形1例(合并胎儿小脑下蚓部缺失,小下颌畸形),均经引产后证实。结论超声能直观显示胎儿的眼部结构,是诊断胎儿眼部畸形的首选方法。

Objective To explore the ultrasonographic diagnostic value in the fetal eye abnormalities. Methods In 1300 pregnant women of 14~40 gestational weeks,who were advanced age or infected by rubella virus,the fetal faces were imaged by ultrasonography.Results In 1 300 fetus,2 cases of congenital cataract,1 case of microphthalmus,whose concomitant abnormalities of single ventricle,persistent truncus arteriosis and pelvic kidney,12 cases of hypotelorism,whose concomitant holoprosencephaly,and 1 case of anophthalmia,whose concomitant Dandy-Walker malformation and micrognathia.All of cases were confirmed by odinopoeia.Conclusion Ultrasonography can directly display the fetal eye structures,and is the method of choice in the diagnosis of fetal eye abnormalities.
