胚外体腔穿刺术的研究进展
摘要
目前,获取胎儿细胞进行早期的产前诊断技术主要为绒毛取样(CVS)及早期的羊膜囊穿刺(AC)术,并在临床上已有所应用。本文所介绍胚外体腔穿刺术是近年兴起的一种新的、较有潜力的产前诊断方法,值得临床进一步探讨和研究。
