前列腺炎与良性前列腺增生的相关性研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 良性前列腺增生(benign prostate hyperplasia,BPH)是引起老年男性下尿路症状的常见原因,这是一种渐进性的病理过程。经典理论认为雄激素与年龄是良性前列腺增生的决定性因素。在51～60岁的男性中,良性前列腺增生发生率是41%,61～70岁占70%,81～90岁达90%[1,2]。在过去的50年里,有关良性前列腺增生的病因已有大量的研究。前列腺是雄激素依赖性器官,
