经尿道等离子电切术治疗前列腺增生症(附36例报道)

Transurethral Plasmakinetic Resection of Prostate to Treat the Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (Report of 36 Cases)

目的探讨经尿道等离子电切术(PKRP)治疗前列腺增生症的临床效果。方法对36例接受PKRP的前列腺增生症患者进行分析,总结治疗效果和经验。结果 36例患者手术时间40～120min,未发生经尿道前列腺电切综合征(TURS)及包膜穿孔;术后留置尿管时间5～10天,30例患者获得随访,随访时间3个月,术后国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量评分(QOL)、最大尿流率(Qmax)较术前有明显改善(P<0.01)。结论经尿道前列腺等离子电切术是一种安全、有效的手术方法。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate (PKRP) in treating benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods 36 cases with benign prostatic hyperplasia underwent PKRP were analyzed prospectively, then the clinical effect and experience were summarized. Results The mean operation time was 40~120min. All of operations were successful without perforation or transurethral resection syndrome (TURS). The in-dwelling urethral catheter time was 5~10 days. 30 cases were followed-up to 3 months. The IPSS , QOL and Qmax were significantly improved (P<0.01). Conclusions It is a safe and effective way of transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate in treating the benign prostatic hyperplasia.
