囊性肾癌到多囊性肾癌:形态学概念的演进 被引量：1

摘要 临床工作中,我们经常会遇到在影像学和大体病理学上呈现囊性改变的肾癌病例,既往这类病例被统一的称为囊性肾癌(cystic renal cell carcinoma,CRCC)。这种经典的囊性肾癌概念是1986年由影像学家Hartman等提出的,其又将囊性肾癌大致的分为单囊性肾癌(unilocular cystic renal cell carcinoma,UCRCC)、多囊性肾癌(multilocularcystic renal cell carcinoma,MCRCC)、肾癌囊性变和肾囊肿恶性变四种病理类型。这种囊性肾癌的概念和分类是基于影像学表现及大体病理学表现的一种分类方式。
