肾上腺皮质嗜酸细胞腺瘤1例并文献复习 被引量：1

摘要 肾上腺皮质嗜酸细胞腺瘤是一种罕见的疾病,我科收治一例,现报告如下。1病例简介患者,女,53岁,以"左侧腰部疼痛、发现左上腹部占位3个月余"就诊。入院时血压160/100mmHg。体格检查:左上腹部可触及质硬包块,无明显压痛,左肾区叩痛,其余无明显阳性体征发现。既往高血压病史10年。入院后患者B超提示左肾上腺占位,CT提示左肾上极可见一截面大小约12.0 cm×9.0 cm类圆形混杂密度肿物,病灶密度较低,边缘见小片状钙化,增强扫描病灶实性成分中度强化,肿瘤与左肾上腺分界不清,向前方挤压胰体尾部移位。MR检查提示左肾前上方见一类椭圆形混杂信号团块影,大小约10.7cm×7.
