琥珀酸索利那新治疗膀胱肿瘤选择性光汽化术后膀胱痉挛的疗效观察

Efficacy and Safety of Solifenacin Succinate in Treating the Bladder Spasms of Patients with Photoselective Vaporization of the Bladder Tumors

目的观察评测经尿道膀胱肿瘤绿激光汽化术后早期使用索利那新对早期膀肤过度活动症症状的临床疗效和不良反应。方法采用随机、对照、单盲临床试验设计,将2013年1月至2013年10月间笔者单位确诊为膀胱尿路上皮癌患者,行膀胱肿瘤绿激光汽化术(PVBT)术后并发OAB症状者共32例。随机分为两组,手术当日起即口服索利那新5mg qd至拔除尿管后3天停药,对照组:不口服索利那新。观察记录术后24小时,24~48小时,48~72小时,每日膀胱痉挛次数,总的膀胱痉挛持续时间,术后膀胱持续冲洗引流液转清时间,拔除尿管后3天内平均每日排尿次数、平均每次排尿量。结果拔尿管后3天内急迫性尿失禁次数、夜尿次数、平均每日排尿总量结果:实验组术后膀胱痉挛次数、持续时间明显少于对照组,差别有统计学意义。实验组拔管后3天的24小时平均尿急次数及排尿次数、夜尿次数,明显小于对照组,平均尿量高于对照组。结论应用琥珀酸索利那新治疗PVBT术后引起的膀胱痉挛、尿急、尿频等OAB症状候群取得良好的效果,未见明显的副作用,值得推广。

Objectives To evaluate efficacy and safety of solifenacin succinate in treating the bladder spasms of patients with photoselective vaporization of the bladder tumors ( PVBT) .Methods All of 32 cases of bladder tumor PVBT patients were randomIy divided into were prospectively randomized into two groups .Treatment group included 16 patients who received 5 mg of Solifenacin Sueeinate .Control group consisted of 16 patients who did not sire intervention for the sameperiod , observation of postoperative bIadder OAB symptom reIief .Results The two groups of postoperative bIadderspasm freguency and duration compared with , two groups of bIadder washout to turn paIe , extubation , daiIyfreguency of urination , urination and urinary urge incontinence freguency compari-son , the two group totaI rate were compared statisticaIIy significant ( P<0 .05 ) .Conclusion Succinate soIifena-cin for treatment of bIadder spasm after PVBT ideaI drug , without obvious adverse reaction , is worth popuIariz-ing.
