腔内介入治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的疗效观察

Interventional treatment of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans

目的评价腔内介入治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症(ASO)的疗效。方法回顾分析我院2009年12月至2011年12月腔内治疗的32例(43条患肢)下肢ASO患者的临床资料,并随访其疗效。结果 30例(40条患肢)患者治疗后临床症状消失或较前明显减轻,治疗后踝肱指数(ABI)0.62±0.15,较术前(0.35±0.15)明显提高(P<0.05)。随访时间3～15个月,13例患者仍存在间歇性跛行,2例术后3个月对侧股浅动脉以远部位动脉狭窄闭塞,经皮腔内血管成形术治疗后症状缓解,其他病例症状缓解。结论腔内介入治疗下肢ASO短期疗效满意,远期效果尚待进一步观察。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of interventional treatment in arteriosclerosis obliterans(ASO) of lower extremity. Methods Retrospective analysis and follow-up of 32 patients (43 limbs) with ASO of lower extremity, who were underwent interventional treatment from Dec. 2009 to Dce. 2011. Results The clinical symptoms of 30 patients (40 limbs) disappeared or decreased, and ankle-brachial index(ABI) markedly improved after treatment(0.62±0.15 vs 0.35±0.15, P<0. 05). The follow-up time was 3 to 15 months. During the follow-up, intermittent claudication was still existed in 13 patients, and contralateral superficial femoral artery occlusion occured in 2 patients. Conclusion Interventional treatment ASO of lower extremity is effective, and its long-term efficacy needs to be further observed.
