股-股动脉人工血管转流术21例临床分析

Femoro-femoral artery bypass graft: an analysis of 21 cases

目的探讨股-股动脉人工血管转流手术的临床应用及并发症。方法回顾性分析我院2001年1月至2011年5月21例施行股-股动脉搭桥手术患者的临床资料,其中单侧髂动脉严重狭窄或闭塞行手术者16例,主髂动脉瘤腔内修复术同时行该手术者5例。结果本组21例手术均成功完成。2例术后残留轻度间歇性跛行,1例在术后11个月出现静息痛。2例分别于术后6、17个月发现人造血管闭塞,术后平均2年通畅率为90%。结论股-股动脉人工血管转流术是治疗单侧髂动脉严重狭窄或闭塞的一种简单而有效手术,也适用于特殊类型动脉瘤的腔内联合治疗。

Objective To explore the clinical applications and complications of femoro- femoral artery bypass graft. Methods The clinical data of 21 cases who were performed femoro-femoral artery bypass graft from January 2001 to May 2011 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Of them,16 cases with unilateral iliac artery stenosis and occlusion underwent simple femoro-femoral bypass graft, while the other 5 cases underwent femoro-femoral bypass graft after endovascular repair for treating aortic and iliac artery aneurysms. Results The operation was performed successfully on all patients. Two patients had mild claudication after the operation, while 1 patient had rest pain at 11 months after the operation. The artificial blood vessels of 2 cases reoccluded after 6 and 17 months of the operation. The postoperative 2-year patency rate was 90%. Conclusions Femoro-femoral artery bypass graft is an easy and effective procedure for unilateral aortoiliac artery occlusive disease. It is also an attaching procedure after endovascular repair in patients with complex aneurysmal disease.
