膝下动脉硬化闭塞症的腔内治疗进展
摘要
下肢动脉硬化闭塞症(arteriosclerosis obliterans,ASO)是血管外科的常见病,可累及髂、股、腘动脉及小腿的三支动脉。对于管径较粗的膝上动脉ASO的处理无论是采用腔内还是开放性手术治疗,目前均已相当成熟。然而,膝下动脉病变一直是血管外科医生面临的难题。近年来,随着腔内血管外科新技术和材料的不断发展,显示出腔内治疗的优势。
