孤立性腹主动脉夹层动脉瘤的治疗
摘要
与胸主动脉夹层动脉瘤和腹主动脉真性动脉瘤不同,孤立性腹主动脉夹层动脉瘤(isolated abdominal aortic dissection,IAAD)在临床上比较少见,有文献报道IAAD的发生率为0.4%～5%,多发生在50～60岁,以男性多见[1,2]。也正是由于IAAD发病率低。
