常染色体显性多囊肾病合并主动脉夹层一例
摘要
患者,女性,46岁。因突发剧烈胸痛5小时于2008年9月3日入我院急诊科,排除急性冠脉综合征等疾病后,行增强CT检查:Stanford B型主动脉夹层,内膜第一撕裂口位于腹腔干水平后壁,第二撕裂口位于右肾动脉下方1cm。
