介入术治疗急性下肢缺血围手术期监护的整体护理

Perioperative integration nursing care in the treatment of acute lower extremity ischemia by endovascular technique

目的探讨整体护理方法在介入联合取栓术治疗急性下肢缺血围手术期的作用。方法 2004年9月～2008年12月,对24例下肢急性动脉栓塞患者进行介入技术结合动脉取栓手术治疗,并在围手术期中采取整体化、无缝隙的监护护理措施。结果本组除3例患者出现手术后下肢再栓塞需再次行取栓手术外,余21例经一次性介入联合取栓术治愈,无1例发生并发症。结论术前做好针对性的心理护理和密切观察病情;术后加强并发症的观察及护理,进行详细的出院指导,对保证良好的手术效果起着作用。

Objective To study the effect of perioperative integration nursing care in the treatment of acute lower extremity ischemia by endovascular technique.Methods During September 2004 and December 2008,perioperative integrated and seamless nursing care had been implemented and enhanced in 24 cases who had been performed endovascular technique combined with intra-arterial thrombectomy in the treatment of acute peripheral arterial occlusion.Results Three cases were performed thrombectomy again because of recurrence,and the other 21 cases were cured and no complications observed.Conclusion Special psychological care and close observation before operation,observation and nursing of complications and detail discharge instructions may be helpful to well curative effects.
