慢性Stanford B型主动脉夹层动脉瘤的腔内治疗 被引量：1

摘要 Stanford B型主动脉夹层的近端撕裂口位于降主动脉,夹层累及降主动脉,亦可同时累及降主动脉以远,但不累及升主动脉。现一般以2周为界划分急慢性夹层,起病时间在2周以内为急性期,超过2周为慢性期。广州中山大学附属第一医院2008年提出一个新的分期方法:起病时间在7天以内为急性期;8~30天为亚急性期;超过30天为慢性期[1]。随着血流的持续冲击,夹层的假腔可进行性增大,
