覆膜支架治疗下肢创伤性动静脉瘘

Endovascular stent-graft repair for traumatic arteriovenous fistula in lower limb

目的探讨应用血管内覆膜支架治疗下肢创伤性动静脉瘘(TAVF)的方式与效果。方法回顾性分析本院2005年1月至2008年1月收治的5例TAVF患者的临床资料。患者均采用美国巴德公司产覆膜支架(BARD誖)进行腔内修复术。结果 5例患者术后动静脉瘘口均封闭良好,动静脉血流状态完全恢复;无切口感染、深静脉血栓形成、急性动脉栓塞等并发症出现。随访6个月,5例患者支架均通畅,无支架移位及血栓形成。结论 TAVF应早期诊断,采用血管内覆膜支架治疗能得到满意的效果。

Objective To investigate methods and effect of endovascular stent-graft repair for traumatic arteriovenous fistula in lower limb.Methods Clinical data of five patients with traumatic arteriovenous fistula in lower limb between January 2005 and February 2008 were retrospectively reviewed.They were all repaired with endovascular stent-graft (BARD).Results Among them,orificium fistulae were covered completely and blood flow in artery and vein fully recovered after procedure.And no complications such as incision infection,deep venous thrombosis and acute arterial embolism developed.During a follow-up of 6 months,stents in all patients were patent without migration and thrombosis.Conclusion Traumatic arteriovenous fistula should be diagnosed as soon as possible.And satisfactory results can be got after treatment of endovascular stent-graft repair.
