动静脉疾病的抗栓治疗进展 被引量：1

摘要 药物治疗在周围血管外科中占有很重要的地位。合适的药物治疗,外周动脉疾病(peripheral ar-terial disease,PAD)患者可以改善症状,提高移植物通畅率和存活率;而抗凝疗法是治疗静脉疾病的基础,这一疗法分两个阶段:早期快速抗凝用于将血栓发展的危险性减至最小;进一步的抗凝旨在预防静脉血栓栓塞(venous thromboembolism,VTE)
