股浅动脉狭窄与闭塞腔内治疗效果调查
摘要
根据股浅动脉(superficial femoral artery,SFA)病变的TASC分型,一般A型采用腔内技术,D型采用外科旁路术,B、C型证据不充分。随着腔内技术的进步和产品的革新,B、C型正倾向于腔内治疗。但SFA位于大腿肌肉和膝关节处。
