重症肢体缺血的腔内治疗进展

摘要 重症肢体缺血(critical limb ischemia,CLI)是指外周动脉硬化闭塞症发展到晚期出现严重临床症状的阶段[1]。其诊断标准为:患肢出现由动脉闭塞性疾病造成的缺血性静息痛、溃疡、坏疽,持续时间必须】2周,而且踝动脉收缩压【
