摘要
To provide a new way for repairing anterior foot avulsed injury and avoiding amputation.Methods Thirty-two anterior feet of extensive avulsion injuyr were repaired with pedicled calf fasciocutaneous flap.Results All cases were followed up for 6～72 months,apperance and function of the 32 feet were all well,except for ulceration in 2.Conclusion To the foot with wide-ranging contusion,this method is a reliable and easy method for retaining the maximum of the length and the function of the injured foot.8 refs.
