体外循环触发炎症反应的病理生理机制(英文)

PATHOPHISIOLOGICAL MECHANISMS OF CARDIOPULMONARY BYPASS-INDUCED INFLAMMATORY RESPONSE

目的 探讨体外循环触发炎症反应的病理生理机制。方法 对近年来的相关研究作简要综述。结果体外循环触发炎症反应涉及多种因素和介质 ,如补体激活、缺血再灌注损伤、手术创伤、细胞因子、内毒素、一氧化氮、粘附分子等 ,其释放和作用的发挥由核因子 (NF -κB)介导。结论 体外循环触发炎症反应内部存在一系列复杂的级联反应 ,NF -κB在之中起中心作用。

Objective The study of pathophysiological mechanisms of cardiopulmonary bypass-induced inflammatory response.Methods Make a simple review of the relative researches in recent years.Results Amounts of stimuli and mediators are involved in cardiopulmonary bypass-induced inflammatory response,such as the activation of complement systems,ischemia and reperfusion injury,operative trauma,cytokines,endotoxin,nitric oxide (NO),adhesion molecules and so on,and their release is mediated by nuclear factors-κB (NF-κB).Conclusion A complex sequence of acute phase reaction exists in cardiopulmonary bypass-induced inflammatory response,in which NF-κB plays a central role.
