摘要 Objective To investigate the treatment methods of reversed avulsion injury of palmar hand skin. Methods Microsurgical technique was used for reconstruction of the blood supply of the distal extremity. The palmar superficial vein was anastomosed for restoration of skin blood supply at the experimental group (24 cases). The avulsed skin regrafted in situ using traditional methods was done in the control group (21 cases). Results The follow-up period ranged from 5 to 7 years. The survival areas, shape and function in the experimental group were superior to that in the control group. There was statistically significant difference in the percent of the average skin survival areas. Conclusion Anastomosis of superficial volar vein was an ideal procedure for repair of the reversed avulsion injury of palmar hand skin. 2 refs, 1 tab.
