动静脉血钾离子及血红蛋白浓度的差异分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察动、静脉血钾浓度及血红蛋白浓度的差异并分析其临床意义。方法 180例病人,同一时间段抽取动、静脉血,动脉血行血气分析,静脉血行电解质及血常规检测,比较动静脉血钾离子浓度及血红蛋白浓度。结果总体上,动脉血中钾离子浓度低于静脉血(P<0.05),但是随着血钾浓度的增高,动静脉钾离子浓度差逐渐缩小直至无差别,而动脉血红蛋白浓度高于静脉血(P<0.05),其差值较恒定。结论动脉血气检查具有相对快速、及时的优点,临床上可根据其结果推算静脉血钾离子及血红蛋白浓度,但需考虑自身钾离子浓度的影响。 Objective To observe the difference between the results of kalium concentration and hemoglobin concentration detected in artery blood and vein blood and analyze its clinical significance.Methods The femoral artery blood and femoral vein blood were taken from 180 patients,femoral artery blood were used in blood gas analysis,femoral vein blood were used in electrolyte and blood routine detection.We observed kalium and hemoglobin concentration in artery and vein blood,then compared the results.Results Kalium concentration were lower totally in artery blood than that in vein blood(P<0.05),but its difference diminution gradually when Kalium concentration increased,while hemoglobin concentration were higher in artery blood than that in vein blood(P<0.05),the difference value are constant.Conclusion With the advantage as short time in blood gas analysis,kalium and hemoglobin concentration in vein blood can be calculated from the result of blood gas analysis,but the effect of kalium concentration must be considered
