摘要 交叉反应性糖类决定簇(cross-reactive carbohydrate determinants,CCD)是一类广泛存在于动植物糖蛋白中的糖类基团,可诱导人体产生与多种变应原交叉反应的抗CCD特异性IgE抗体(anti-CCDIgE)。研究CCD在人体内的免疫诱导作用及其对人体的致敏性将为Ⅰ型变态反应的临床诊断、治疗及预防提供理论依据。 Cross-reactive carbohydrate determinants(CCD) are carbohydrate moieties of glycoprotein that have been identified in different types of allergens from plant or animal origin.CCD can induce cross-reaction between a wide variety of allergens.The study of CCD and the IgE induced by CCD will play an important role in clinical diagnosis,treatment and prevention of allergy in future.
