摘要
微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)是一类内源性、保守、稳定的非编码单链小RNA,具有在转录后水平调节靶基因表达的功能。本文采用生物信息学在线工具和软件对hsa-miR-29c的生物学特征、靶基因和功能进行了预测、分析,并对近年来人类疾病中有关hsa-miR-29c的研究结果进行了总结。
microRNAs(miRNAs),an evolutionarily conserved class of endogenous,small single-stranded noncoding RNAs,post-transcriptionally regulate the expression of target genes.Herein,by using bioinformatics tools,the biological features and functions of hsa-miR-29c were predicted and analyzed.Additionally,this article reviewed the recent findings of hsa-miR-29c in human diseases.
